Amanda Giles
Chief Solutions Architect
Amanda has been a programmer ever since learning Basic and Logo on an Apple 2E in 5th grade. In the mid 90s she created her first simple HTML web page and by 2000 she was coding dynamic complex web pages for a living. After creating her first WordPress site in 2009, she was hooked and WordPress has subsequently taken over more and more of her life. She founded the Seacoast NH WordPress meetup in 2010 and often speaks at area meetups and WordCamps. Amanda has always been a natural problem solver and truly loves her work. Developing the best solution for each situation is her goal and she works closely with agencies and clients to discover, analyze, prioritize, and predict their needs. In the 20+ years she has been professionally developing software and IT solutions, she has worked with a wide variety of tools in many different environments and has worked directly with companies such as DirecTV, TiVo, and Amazon.com. This experience helps Amanda craft creative, flexible, and forward-looking solutions.
Cindy Conlin
Accessibility & Section 508 Specialist, WordPress Web Developer
Cindy took her first HTML course in 1999 and held various positions in web development and publishing. Working in educational testing, online test construction, and content management systems, she became the go-to person for web accessibility and the use of assistive technologies. Cindy followed her dream in 2006, moving to Utah to be a ski patroller in the winters. She dedicated herself to accessible web development in 2007 and hasn’t looked back. She still spends winters in Utah, where she now teaches adaptive ski lessons at Snowbasin and Powder Mountain. Cindy is a resourceful web developer, and of course, she’s always accessible.
